Alive is a 2002 Japanese science fiction film directed by Ryuhei Kitamura. Based on the manga of the same name, the film focuses on Tenshu, a convict placed in an isolated cell with another convict and a mysterious woman possessed by an extraterrestrial life form known as the "Isomer", which possesses those with murderous instincts.
