is it wrong for ask for artbook scan here in jpg ?

street fighter artbook 25 anniversary scan in jpg is like a ghost, there’s no place to download it, is it wrong to ask this kind of thing here ?
if is wrong, does anybody knows where I can ask this kind of question ?

I’ve searched long and hard for the Dissidia 012 Bradygames guide PDF online, and can’t find it anywhere. However, I saw that you had a link to it years ago on a dead thread. I tried messaging you, but the site wouldn’t let me.

If you still have it, would you please forward it to me? Chances are it probably won’t work, but I’d much rather download it if it’s out there than rip a physical guide up. But, it wouldn’t be my first if I had to.
