Maarten Hartveldt – Efteling Original Park Soundtrack

This is my own purchase. Its the soundtrack to the famous Dutch theme park De Efteling. Its a beautiful park and some call it the Disney of Holland. It has many famous attractions like De Droomvlucht (The Dreamflight), Fata Morgana, De Vliegende Hollander (The Flying Dutchman), Villa Volta and Baron 1889. It also has a famous fairy tale forest which features many famous fairy tales like cinderella, sleeping beauty, pinochio, the Little Match Girl and Hansel & Gretel. The music from this cd is not really from any attractions, but more the music you will hear troughout the park. The park consists of different parts called realms, each wich features a theme and attractions that fit that theme. Since this year they will put new music in the park, the original composer Maarten Hartveldt released this cd with some new songs as well as some classics.

I hope you will give it a try and like it. Try looking up the park on youtube and visit it of course when you are in holland. If you like this music and want to hear more from the park let me know as i have more of it. Especially music from attractions like Droomvlucht (Dreamflight) and De Vliegende Hollander (The Flying Dutch Man) are specially beautiful. This year they will open a new dark ride called Symbolica and the music samples sound amazing.
