RULE of ROSE Original Sound Track (2016 soundtrack re-release)

Re-released? I think it was just REleased. The only OST for RoR is the "Music from RoR" (or something like that), that had only a few tracks. This has way more. Let’s hope someone shares this.

Owning the 2016 digital re-release (http://vgmdb.net/album/64447) subject of this request-thread, too, I can say it doesn’t come in lossless format (iTunes and Amazon have yet to start offer digital music in lossless). Kiss your "dream" of having it in lossless goodbye, for the time being, at least… Who knows, maybe it will get a third release in the following years, in case digital stores offering lossless become more common.

Too bad that it doesn’t available on my iTunes region. If it was available, I would love to get it since my region price is about 2.5$-5$ for each album (for example, 3.5 USD for Horizon Zero Dawn OST published by Sony EU, but it’s clear that Sony EU doesn’t sell stuff from Sony Japan).

So waiting for someone else who willing to share it.

Yes but I mean I know that it’s dead to hope for lossless on Amzn it’s clearly MP3. But on iTunes who knows maybe they are selling not only the AAC files but ALAC too, that is the lossless format for Apple.

Well, it sure didn’t come in lossless when I bought it off iTunes.

Okay so it’s only AAC or MP3 better than nothing, the tracks looks more better than the rips I’ve found.

I sent a message to amzn and they just said "Hello dear customer this item isn’t available in your country, please wait and go check for it frequently, sorry".. I can’t buy on iTunes too. So I must wait for, I put other requests on "private" site but I didn’t had any answer until now..

Yup, you can not buy digital music from Amazon if you are not in Japan. Even the Japanese account won’t help, I tried once for new Sa Ga game and it was a futile effort.

I’m still crossing my fingers.

Let’s just say I don’t like the way the community "has been" for the last few years and leave it at that.

Hi, you mean the lack of people giving reputation, that don’t share or even don’t have any consideration for others work?

– The addition of reputation+like system brought the worst out of some users: we had scum demanding thanks, likes and rep. prior to giving out links. Sorry, you either want to share, or you don’t.

– I have no problems with folks who don’t share, not everyone has something "valuable" to offer… Besides, I’ve been on that "team" for a few years, now, having a problem with it would be kind of wrong.

– As for folks who don’t have any consideration for the efforts of others, well, that has been part of the problem, in a way. It gets on my nerves when the average user shows up in a thread and asks for the share to be uploaded in a better format, sometimes even being blatantly rude about it ("where’s the lossless?"/"waiting for lossless"/"you should share it in lossless", etcetera…).
The uploader might have spent a few hours to get his/her share ready and yet the first kind of reply he/she would see in the thread is usually that one. Completely sidestepping the fact I can’t help but be disgusted by those folks for my own reasons (what happened to showing gratitude for what ultimately is, and forever will be, something we get out of someone’s kindness? No user who joins this place is under any obligation to share what he/she has, after all), we’re talking basics of netiquette here: the board comes equipped with a request forum, want something in better quality? Well, in case uploader didn’t say shit about the willingness to re-upload stuff in a better format, folks should come here and put up their request-thread.

So, yeah, for that and other stuff I’ll keep to myself I don’t deem the "current" Shrine worthy of my shares. Am I being unfair? Probably, but I don’t give a damn. I’ve grown fed up with this place, I’m here simply as a moderator now.

I believe you can buy digital thing on amazon japan if you have japan address (even fake one is fine, same situation as amazon US), but I don’t have time to try.

Amazon supposedly has a program where they make it easier to buy from their Japanese store but I’ve yet to get information from them on this.
I can download the music any time, which I have. I want a physical copy.
