I want to know who the devil has been giving this thread and my other recent threads one-star ratings when you can’t find better quality .flac-format rips of SACD material anywhere. And it’s not as if the music is low-quality either, good grief. How can you possibly give one-star ratings to the complete symphonies of Tchaikovsky?!?!?

If it’s somebody who’s griping because I don’t use open links and make you request links via private messages, then excuse me for being forced to protect my links from being taken down, such as happened last October to everything I had ever posted, and happened again only a few weeks ago to my Tchaikovsky Symphonies thread and the Saint-S�ens “Organ” Symphony thread.

Between the one-star ratings and having my links reported on multiple occasions, if that’s the kind of response these posts are going to get after all the work I put into them, then I’ll just change all 217 of my threads to "sharing ended", delete all my files from MEGA, and close up shop.

I’ve got coming in the mail Surround Sound versions of Handel’s Messiah, Mendelssohn’s complete symphonies, and Richard Strauss’ “Ein Heldenleben”, but I guess I have to keep them to myself if they’re just going to get one-star ratings here.

If you think I’m going to keep sharing stuff around here with that kind of response, then you’ve got another think coming.

I have re-upped this package, and it is available again for download, in case anybody who didn’t get it previously would like a copy.

All the .flac files are exactly the same as before, but there are new scans/artwork based on .pdf files from Chandos instead of a paper booklet I laid on my scanner, so it looks a lot better now.
