Horizon Zero Dawn – Selfmade Album

after a very long time, I am back with another selfmade album of one of the best game soundtracks I ever listen to.

I really recommend to buy this beautiful music via iTunes or Amazon (for some strange reason the Amazon version is much more expensive than the iTunes version). It’s worth your money. Really. You’ll get more then 4 hours of perfect music for a perfect game.

So, why did I made a special album of it?

Because the music isn’t sorted very well. You have CD1 with all the music from the cutscenes. CD2 and 3 are filled with the music played while you travel with Aloy through this beautiful open world. CD4 is reserved for all the action tracks. That’s o.k but it’s a pain to listen through. So I created a 150 min. long album with all the essential music, dramatized in the way hoe it appears in the game. If you listen to this you can travel back to the places with your mind and remember the scenes. I did this for the fans of this game and of course for me to have a album I can listen from start to finish.

The last track has two versions. One with dialog from the game and another without any dialog. If you haven’t finished the game, you shouldn’t listen to the diloge because it would spoil the events of the last scene of the game a bit.
I leave the choise to you. I prefer the dialog version, cause of the emotional impact …
