Help with Audio Converter Program

I need to find a free-to-use audio converter program I can install on my computer. It should allow me to convert pretty much any kind of audio file into 320 MP3 or any other format I want. Until recently I used Free Audio Converter from DVDSoft, but they added an annoying feature that adds watermarks to converted music unless you buy the Premium version (damn capitalist a#$holes). I use Audacity to mess around with music, but I can’t get past 128 quality with it. Does somebody out there have any ideas?

I apologize in advance if this post doesn’t go in this section. I had no idea where else to write it. Any advice you guys can share will be most appreciated.

In Audacity when you’re exporting a file, use the ‘options’ button that shows up when you’re choosing the destination. Then you’ll be able to choose between different bitrates.
