Anyone who grew up watching "Harold Lloyd’s World Of Comedy" TV series on BBC2 in the late 70’s/early 80’s will know the tunes in this collection.

Time-Life films acquired a distribution deal for Lloyd’s films in the early 70’s and put edited versions of his films together for a TV series. Controversial among fans as some loved this series and many others feel that the films were butchered, adding unnecessary narration.

Either way, the music composed for the series and feature films that Time – Life issued has always stayed with me and I wanted to gather together as much of it as I could. Composed mainly by Don Hulette with additional material by Don Peake with theme tune by Neal Hefti.

I used the VHS video releases of the features "Safety Last" and "The Kid Brother" as my main sources, along with the odd clip from You Tube as these versions have never been released on DVD.

Quality is mostly pretty good. Unfortunately these films had many sound effects added and where possible I edited a few out but just didn’t have the time (or technical know how) to remove them all so there are still a good few in there. I hope it doesn’t spoil the enjoyment too much.

32 tracks, the names of which I just made up myself as I don’t have any information on the titles used.

Running time: 1Hr: 26 mins
