Scotti Bros released a CD/LP with 10 tracks and there were two songs by Bill Medley and one track by Giorgio Moroder and selected scoretracks by Goldsmith
Intrada then released the complete Goldsmith score on a 23 track CD, so I don�t think any unreleased score was unreleased as Goldsmith always was the Rambo Composer since day one

The liner notes for the Intrada version says, "Much of the original score for Rambo III went un-used in the completed film." I’ve never seen the original Scotti Bros score, and until now, didn’t know about the Moroder or extra Bill Medley track (them not being included on Intrada’s Goldsmith-only release). The Intrada notes also mention they recycled cues from the previous film. There must be a story behind all of that. Maybe some day it will come out.
