Why was Bart Banned?

He had a bad habit of posting Varesr Sarabande content regularly — despite being told to stop multiple times. The moderator who banned him was lenient and decided to make it only temporary; if it were my choice, I would have made it permanent.

Clearing that out: originally it was a temporary ban, then I found out some stuff which made me "switch" to a permanent one. This will be the end of the "Bartopic", I hope.
