Jojo’s Bizarre Adventure Music Collection

– Password is either ‘Issou’ or ‘issou’
– Some CUE files don’t match with audio ones because i retagged them, but was too lazy to apply changes to CUE files because i didn’t find this would be pretty usefull. I’ll show you later how to make them same as audio files
– You could convert Lossless files (WAV/FLAC/ALAC/APE/TAK) to Lossy one (M4A/OGG/MP3) by using Foobar2000 and the appropriate encoder for it (there are a foobar with most of them in my sig)
– Recommend to convert to ‘MP3 V0’ which is one of the best lossy encoding
– Many mistakes on the thread, going to correct them later

I think there is more shared in mp3. But the just use the search function to get it.

From what i know there is only DIU ‘Morioh Cho’ soundtracks and Great Days (and the Units version) which aren’t available in Lossless, other ones are easily findable in Lossless . Also most of them have logs/cue which prove that they aren’t fake (most download links from blogs aren’t even real mp3, just shitty lossy transcode) . Anyway people could easily convert Lossless files quickly by theirselves with the use of dbPoweramp/foobar

It’s surely better than the shameless YT rip that is available for Vol.2.
By the spectrum it looks kinda lossless to me. It doesn’t go all the way up to 22kHz, but it doesn’t look compressed either. Maybe it’s just a poor encode?

(Btw, all "lossless" soundtracks for Part 1-2 I have also look like this… Idk why.
The lossless for Part 3-4 and OST 1 of Part 5 all look much better, with the spectrum reaching all the way to the top).

Well, it kinda depends on which program for ripping you are using.
For example, Zac (http://forums.ffshrine.org/member.php?u=549613) ripping his discs without creating those logs and cues.

For Vol.1 Overture I found two different flac copies.
One looks like this:

I’m not sure if they’re both lossless (just to various degrees of quality) as they both look good and uncompressed.

Yea I have all the correct rips. They’re from the Chinese forums so no sharing. But based on the previous volumes some one will probably leak it either to Jpopsuki or animebytes within the week.

How does Astost work? I’m aware that TSDM they have some sort of currency/point system which is required to access some certain forums or to download some specific soundtracks but I have no idea if it’s the same with Astost.

Yes its basically the same thing. For TSDM you usually need to pay real money to get to the good stuff. But, ASTOST is different in the sense that there is no paid system.
