Correct me if I’m wrong but I don’t think the scan of the back belongs with the front and the CD. The Front and the CD are from the 1985 US release by EMI Manhattan. The back is from the European release printed in Holland and in that case the CD should be showing made in Italy, not the US.

Not being ungrateful, I do appreciate you sharing but I thought I’d share my observation.
