Should I get Forza Horizon 3?

I loved the original Forza Horizon. Great music, great gameplay, the map size was just right, and the atmosphere of the game was heavenly. Made me wish a Horizon festival was a reality.
I go onto Horizon 2 and I just didn’t like it from the getgo. Wasn’t very interested in the environment and the game felt more like Need for Speed Rivals than a more arcadey Forza like Horizon was.

Since Horizon 3 is on the horizon, what say you folks? Should I go and buy it day one or wait?

No Man Sky? Oh you mean the hugely overhyped game everyone also overhyped in terms of the "dissapointment"?

Oh I’m so glad people have shut up about it now.

I blame Sony for lying in the marketing, and overhyping and most importantly forcing the team and the dude.. and of course, selling an indie game for the price of a full game.

I rarely get games day one, only exceptions I’ve ever made are Final Fantasy and Forza games. Heck I never preorder games, either. Still you are right, getting games day one isn’t always the brightest choice.

As for the No Man’s Sky note, that game was hyped for years! We only got a wind of Horizon 3 just a few months ago, but I suppose I should probably more cautious than I usually am towards a Forza game.

I’m getting it, but I liked the first two Horizon games… It’s a great blend of Forza’s racing feel and the fun exploration and open-world feel of Need for Speed Underground 2, but with cool setting and really fun online play.
