Would love to see this re-uploaded again, the link appears to be down. I bought the limited-edition vinyl edition of this same release but it got dropped and damaged (arghhh!) so it would be great to hear it without the skips again 😉

I’ll second Dammit-Jim’s request. Very curious!

To be fair, after having seen the film again recently I believe his choice to stick with the temp tracks was actually in the film’s best interest. Yes, a rarity for me to support that sort of thing, but here me out. Alex North’s score, while bombastic and classic, doesn’t suit the feel for the film which is suppose to be vague, distant and spacey… North’s score would’ve just turned the film into another typical 60’s space-adventure film and it probably wouldn’t have been remembered the way it was today. Sure, it’d still be a classic, but would it have spawned the inspiration of other film makers we’ve come to enjoy today?

Is there a possibility that this can be uploaded? I am a fan of North’s works. Thanks.
