Here is a personal rip from my iam8bit vinyl soundtrack of XCOM: Enemy Unknown & XCOM 2. This is a truly amazing collectors item, and nothing can really beat hearing it in person. If you enjoy the rip please consider supporting iam8bit, they do really amazing work remastering soundtracks, specifically for vinyl playback. This soundtrack is just a selection of tracks from both XCOM: Enemy Unknown & XCOM 2, if you haven’t already and enjoy these tracks please support Michael McCann & Tim Wynn for their unbelievably hard work and time spent composing and crafting these pieces of work.

Vinyls have a different dynamic range than standard digital files or ones ripped from CDs. The mastering done on this vinyl will sound slightly different than the standard digital files you may hear. I believe this is something that should definitely be experienced. It is truly a marvel to listen to, and even a better to hold in your hands.

Thanks, I haven’t really seen a vinyl presence on here. I have been a long time lurker and thought it would be cool if people started posting more vinyl rips, as they do tend to sound better in my opinion. I know there are a lot of audiophiles here who love their lossless formats, I mean I am an audiophile myself. I just hope that the MP3 320 tag doesn’t deter people from a really good rip.
