Neither, some score cues were posted on Erran Baron Cohen’s composer website.

There are a few other scores of his (unreleased) that are on his site. Probably not full complete scores to the films, but it’s definitely better than nothing.

The Dictator was definitely a score that I’ve been after for a while.
