Splatoon Live in Makuhari

This is the new CD released in Japan this week on July 13th.
We had the niconico video recording, but this CD is interesting because the tracks will be masterized, so I expect better sound.

It shouldn’t be difficult to get, plenty of people on twitter got the CD already 🙁

It seems to also include audio of the Squid Sisters talking to the audience. I’m glad they put the recordings from both concerts into this CD. I’ve noticed that the instrumentation is slightly different between them. Mainly the guitar riffs in the first number. Also, the second concert seems to sound much clearer than the first.

As for your comment about these being mastered, I hope they actually were mastered, and not just audio rips from the video recording, put through a filter. I’m hoping they had separate mics pointed at the band,during the concert, that wasn’t used in the video, but are mics that can cancel out audience noise and ambience easily as well as capturing the band instruments for clearer quality.

Heh, maybe I’m just picky over sound. But yeah, I hope someone can get this CD uploaded, soon!

Update: Well, someone uploaded some tracks on Youtube. But they’re in brief compilation parts, the uploader speaks through it, and doesn’t let the tracks play through in full, which is super annoying. But among that, there’s good news! It’s mastered, and sounds incredible! Here’s to someone uploading the CD in full here, very soon!

I have a copy purchased for me by friends currently on a trip in Japan, but I won’t get hold of it until early August. If it doesn’t show up before then, I’ll gladly share.

I hope it’s a matter of hours now… I don’t want to openly ask for a dump to those guys though. I’m monitoring nyaa too, don’t know where to usually find japanese music elsewhere.

Yeah, it appears many do have it already, but nobody’s put it up yet. Some comments were left asking about a download, and mostly everyone who posted their hard copy on Youtube replied with no or didn’t want to. Figures. But that didn’t stop somebody from uploading the bonus tracks for the demo version of "City of Color" and the "Backstage" track. Although, because those are new, exclusive tracks that are unheard of, I figured someone would at least upload those just to get first dibs on hits/views.

Hopefully it’ll be soon that somebody will upload the soundtrack.

DamnVago was a big help getting the website link. All we need is for whoever downloaded it, to reupload it. By then we could just guess, or scavenge that website for a possible password. Someone had to have downloaded it, earlier, if they knew there was a password behind it.

I’m still very certain it’s fake so I won’t bother. From their releases I can compare, the file sizes are completely off from releases found elsewhere.

yeah, don’t waste your time with that file, I’ve tried everything. from using the websites’ name as a password, to using the files’ name as a password, to using the tags right down the download link as a password. I even used ARAR (a recovery program for rar. files) and you know what it said? couldn’t recover files. yep, definetly is fake…

you know what the most fucked up part is? that if there are indeed the album’s flac. files, and is not fake, we’ll never know because 1. the uploader didn’t provide the password, and is not anywhere in the website; and 2. it might be in japanese. this thread pretty much went back to square-one…

I took another look at that website, and it seemingly baits on people buying premium from rapidgator. Only for everything to be password protected, with zero mention of the password, like DamnVago said.
You’re right. We’re back requesting the same thing. Worse comes to worse, we’ll just have to wait till August when the shipments come to people who ordered from the U.S. Someone earlier said they will upload it as soon as theirs come in early August.

The file on ongaku is valid, it just requires a premium account.
I’m sure there’s at least one member on the forum who has a premium account on RG.
