Thank you kindly. I did find that earlier, and even briefly communicated with Binhof.
He told me that the rights are still being negotiated, which means a commercial release is still not an option.
With a bit of trickery you would be able to download the score from Soundcloud, but obviously the quality is low (128 kpbs).
