Here’s the complete soundtrack for the Japan-only Bahamut Lagoon, originally uploaded by MYZUNRARA. I corrected the title and track tags and upped the sound quality to 320. Enjoy and comment freely.

Downloading MYZUNRARA’s mp3 version and upconverting it to 320 does not improve sound quality, but rather make it worse. I assume this is what you’ve done with your other uploads as well?

First I convert the original uploads to FLAC, then turn FLAC into 320 MP3. I’ve listened to my own conversions many times and detected nothing amiss.

When MYZUNRARA’s MP3s were made, presumably from a lossless source, data was removed, hence the smaller file size of an MP3. Once that is done, there is no way to get the removed data back again. So, if you want 320 quality you’ll first have to find a correct FLAC/lossless rip, and then convert the files.
