Thank you for your insight. I appreciate hearing the thoughts of others towards the situation, people other than the usual suspects 😛 Sometimes I feel like I am the only one who feels that way, that I would rather the music be heard by the people who will enjoy it rather than keeping it all to myself. I hate that feeling. As for me, I have a fulltime job and go to college when I am not posting on the Shrine, I am in no way elite or part of anything. To be truthful, all I did was pay people real money for things because I had a bad obsession with the complete nature and quality of lossless recording sessions. It was getting bad, and now I am in a lot of debt because of it..! I am not sure if they will be "pained" because of my shares, these are not the most worthy or rare scores, not am I trying to exact revenge of any sort. I just want to share, because I felt burdend by keeping it all to myself, like a big weight was weighing on me. Also, the amount I payed for sessions was really up to how much balls people have to ask for money. Some guy only wanted 20-50$, some 100-200, and one guy was asking for $900 for things I could get for free from someone else.. so it just goes to show you the kind of community that exists.
I just enioy the music. That’s what I am here to do.

Not necessarily.. I stopped because I couldn’t afford to do it anymore both physically (with money) and mentally (sanity-wise of dealing with the personalities of the people who have the goods, and my own sanity towards having an addiction to having to have complete & lossless everything). I was running myself into the ground, that’s why I stopped.

Something I’ve learned from years of experience in a retail management position is how to be cheerful towards anyone, no matter their attitude. If someone wants to attack me and go against my reasonings, that’s fine, I enjoy learning about other’s opinions!

Opinions do indeed can come from any emotion, but what I did write was admittedly mean spirited, especially towards people that are probably cool. I’ll be more careful.
How’s this for an opinion: We got to do something about those soundtrack posts of yours that no longer have you PMing people. There was only one post that actually had a re up (TFA FYC), which tells me there needed to be a back up plan. I would’ve re upped, if I had most of the files in the first place.

You can add half the OST to this version as it contains longer and different versions of most cues.
Yeah, they’re called suites. The OST is vastly different from this version.
For example:
"Like Home" off the OST is a combination of 3m03 Husband Undone and 7m07 Miracle On the Mississippi.
"Conssumation" off the OST is a combination of 7m02 Surveillance and 7m04 Murder.

You just sit there and reap the benefits of being a member here while someone else posts all the goodies. Now I’m not speaking ill of MasterZ or Momo (both of whom I speak to outside the shrine, been talking to MasterZ for 5 years now). I’m just telling it like I see it. Like I’ve experienced it. Be glad you’ve never been in that position and hope you never will be.

I’ve always been meaning to listen to this score. I’ve decided I was gonna have a practice where I would listen to a score before watching the film. Now that this released, I have better reason to.
This is why I don’t really listen to OSTs much. It doesn’t let the music flow as naturally as it should. While it can sometimes work to its benefit, it’s not the most ideal way.

I know that feeling. I pretty much understand you. I’ve had someone share with me, long ago, a session, out of nowhere, just kindness, I was moved by that, and I kept it for myself until now that I decided they really don’t give a fuck anymore and I wanted to share it with true music lovers.

I think you don’t understand what DAK said. It’s not only ‘nice’ .. it’s the truth! "backstabbing" people is the worst thing you can do.
If I would have Judgment Day and my contact would have asked me not to share it with anyone, I would keep it. That would be bad for DAK but sometimes real jobs depends on those agreements.
If all you people say that music should be shared for free, start asking the composers! They have the recording sessions, they "horde" them. Start asking Ramin Djawadi for the GoT sessions, start asking Hans Zimmer for the Chappie sessions, start asking … you get the point. It would be very interesting to see their reaction if you ask them for those sessions for free. They probably delete your request, thinking you are joking…

I don’t think anything is really that big here. Look out to the real world and you’ll see what happens here is nothing and we make a huge deal of it.

SHE definitely put herself in the hell she was in, but she got out of it and I’m grateful for it.
I still cherish the small pact of sanity that persists. Call me crazy, but there are still honest to god people remaining, just stuck in a small section of world concerned in owning everything.
When the brain can be so malleable and versatile, view points can come from any place. Still, there needs to be evidence and motivation to go behind it.
