Note: Like with some of my deluxe editions, I end up making some for film scores that I never would’ve expected to do. I chose this one after a recent re-viewing of the film revealed how much I really enjoy this score, especially the main titles. Also, the re-viewing gave me an opportunity to create a film version edit of the cue Kathleen’s Room (which features the supplemental harpischord inserts and stings included in this set mixed into the cue) as well as mixed the two cues "The Dolls" and "The Ice House" into one cue as that is how they play in the film.

Not a lot to write about this one; it was a really simple project. Other than that one edit, I put all the cues I could into chronological order. Since the music is tracked in several places within the film, what is included here is the uncut original score which disappointingly isn’t a whole lot. 22 minutes for the score and 10 minutes for the bonus material, source cues and whatnot.

Without much more to say about this, I encourage you to give this classic score by legendary composer Ronald Stein a chance. If you like it enough, you may like my upcoming deluxe edition for The Terror. That one will take a little bit longer to put into chronological order and whatnot so keep an eye out.

If anyone could create a cover that would make up for the 2 lame covers included in this set, I’d be grateful.

Enjoy!
