In fact I use FLAC to hear with headphone and on my hi end system but I convert all lossless in MP3 320 for my car and my DLNA components.
Also both is perfect 😉
The sound between 320 / FLAC is almost the same, it’s difficult to hear a difference, you can see the difference with audacity for exemple , but when you hear it ‘s not radical, but lossless is better for archiving and use as sources to convert after etc :-).
