Varese Sarabande is a label with a great (as in "huge – not to be taken for granted" great) exception to sharing anything.
As of Feb 2016, one cannot have new threads created for the purposes of saying "PM me" or anything else clever to circumvent the rule enforced by VS.
There’s a post by Jessie where he mentions it and that he had to delete several new threads (regardless of time of release for the VS title; ie, a 1986 album released in 2006 which is before Feb 2016).

From now on no threads are to be created for music from Varese Sarabande.
I have also had to delete a few threads, just in case people are wondering where they have gone to.
VS used to let "PM threads" exist but there were a couple huge releases that got popular here so they just put an end to threads mentioning VS at all.
Legally, anything owned by VS. Simply leaving out "VS" (or any other cute little form or adding a youtube disclaimer) does not absolve you of your sins to force a company into bankruptcy. They have an excellent idea what content belongs to them. Posters should take it into great consideration to make the same efforts in getting the same ideas as to what’s theirs. Or pay the heavy toll that will crush your very soul like a grape in a vice. And the immediate closure of any related accounts to prevent any further acts of piracy. Yo ho, matey, and a very large, empty bottle of rum.
However, sharing something that is out of print AND was never sold in this country has a much lower chance of causing problems. The plaintiff has to prove damages by your act of sharing. If it wasn’t something that could be bought to begin with by those you shared it with……
We got lucky every damn time we’ve been reported or been requested by a group or label to remove posted threads or links.
