Sawtell Tarzan sounds like a good thing. Wish I’d had it a couple of years back, when I read (re-read in some cases) all the novels. By and large any music written for Tarzan is likely better than what’s on screen (including Greystoke – ignoring Disney).
Maybe I’ll read some "Kwa of the Ape People" or Otis Adelbert Kline Tarzan imitations… This music will be great backup for some sort of reading! Thanks!

Been listening to this all week. Such a delightful score with many whimsical moments that I assume refer to Cheetah scenes. Track 7 & 8 are exotica hammock heaven. I sincerely hope you will share more of Sawtell. Thanks again for reminding me how great this prolific ( 476 credits on IMDB) yet almost forgotten composer was.
