Soundtrack/Orchestral Score/Outtakes

A pretty solid Hollywood score by Masato Coda. Better than Maria and Arpeggio. It’s like Danmachi but with more comedy and Danny Elfman. There’s 30 minutes of purely orchestral pieces and the rest is very much enjoyable. According to the booklet, most of the brass is fake but it’s far less striking than in GATE. Nonetheless I wish more producers would take after Konosuba’s example. Various physical soundtrack releases for the fans and a digital release of all the music for people who are in just for the music. Let’s hope the second season will have more orchestral score.

As usual, if you like it, please buy it from iTunes or CDJapan.

Enjoy

Completed my analysis of the 57 soundtrack digital release to the separate soundtracks
Vol.1 (http://vgmdb.net/album/56908) & Vol.2 (http://vgmdb.net/album/56909) of sum total of 59 tracks the two missing are drama cues, after comparing track time lengths listening to samples from the former two from the digital release i concluded all BGM are there i think? i downloaded this soundtrack else where as this one looked rather mixed no insult tended to the uploader.

Well the version that has been floating around is the Digital Release version that’s 57 tracks and doesn’t include the drama’s that’s included in the CD version.

57 BGM and 2 Dramas =59 so only reason someone would want vol.1&2 would be for the dramas which i cleared some confusion in case anyone wanted to start comparing the two versions but i agree none the less. The tracklistings also are in order from the digital to cd so splitting the tracks 31, Little Adventurer (TV-size) -off vocal ver.- and 01 fantastic dreamer (TV-size) -off vocal ver.- from digital will give you Vol.1&2 minus dramas tracks 32, Give Peace to the Wandering Dead! and 27, Give Blessings on This Wonderful Revolving Lantern!.

It’s like Danmachi but with more comedy and Danny Elfman.

It doesn’t sound like Danny Elfman tho…

where is track 23 "The person Who Controls Explosion Magic" from the original soundtrack?

My advice would be to re-download the soundtrack else where since this user or where ever he downloaded it from has edited or reorganised it that one would for personal use not wise for one who wantd to share it since some tracks are missing and separated in to genre instruments i would ask the uploader to remove the link and upload the correct unedited format one to how the soundtrack was released in first place.
