You need to break the spirit of these people to get any organization.
Not to mention, force people to read rules about "labels that cannot be posted for legal reasons".
Get them to post information about their upload because MOST of them hold the "it’s free music" shield.
Or say "it’s good enough for me".
And then no one still has no idea what format, what release it is.
You need to make them feel useless and then they will conform to a new order.

The ideal forum is with regards to sharing is caring. Everyone will be treated equally and without bias.
Lazy users will simply have their thread titles changed by a mod/admin along with a friendly reminder to keep it concurrent with the existing format. Sure, there’s hundreds of thousands of posts, most of which would end up being locked anyways due to dead links.
