The link is still working, try again. Did you read ostgems’ notes in his p.m. he sent you? His instructions are pretty clear ("Wait 5 second! Click ???SKIP THIS AD??? in the upper right corner" etc.) If you follow them step by step, it should work.
Alternatively, you may try jdownloader or FRD (Free Rapid Downloader). The latter worked perfectly when I downloaded it this.
