So, there’s no existing Falcom CD release of the X68000 version of Star Trader. In fact, the only CD is the "Music from Star Trader" CD which is just the PC-88 version and some Super Arrange tracks.

The X68000 one’s not only a better game as the publisher Takeru overhauled Star Trader to be a better ‘videogame’ but stripped out a lot of story, it also has beefier sound.

Credit for this cover goes to 寅吉, he made a lossy rip of this on his own and I’m reusing it for my lossless rip

No idea since I got very little knowledge of the system, but maybe you could choose a few worth doing. I really enjoy these projects.

amazing that ‘Launching’ theme

Yeah, that became ‘Go Fight,’ which would become a Falcom mainstay and is the opening to Falcom Gakuen.

Here’s the famous JDK Band 1 version of that song.
