This recording really narrow sound even though expanded stereo image.You might enjoy the Thomas-San Francisco recording more. It has really terrific sound, and Thomas’ interpretive approach is similar to Muti’s. (I don’t have a standard CD Audio version of it posted yet, but if you want one, let me know, and I’ll make it happen for you. Or if you prefer the Hi-Res Stereo that’s already posted, then that’s obviously OK as well.)
Or if you want, I can send you the links for the Hi-Res Stereo version right now, and you can at least listen to it until I can get you the standard CD version. Just let me know.
