I would however like to note that my personal experience in purchasing a CD (Taking into account I was a customer from the UK ordering from the US during the Christmas season) encountered an issue. This was Kevin’s response to my inquiry I made after 18 days since purchase:

I am so sorry – Paypal doesnt tell me when I get an order – its supposed to be something is wrong. So its up to me to check every so often – I haven’t checked in a while.
