I was watching Galaxy Quest yesterday and thinking how awesome he was in it. And now he’s gone. Dammit.

Oh come on. So many loved people have died since 2014 every single year. It’s too much.

There have been way too many beloved people and celebritys passing away, especially this year and the last.
I’m always hoping it’s a rumor. Rest in peace, Alan Rickman. 🙁

this person is one of those you cant believe hes gone. sort of like christopher lee, no matter how much he aged, he didnt feel old.

Hard to believe that Hans Gruber was Rickman’s first film role. One of the best movie villains ever. But you’d expect no less from a Shakespearian trained actor.

Here’s to him sitting on a beach somewhere collecting, like Hans, his 20 percent. And if the fates are kind Bowie is in the beach chair next to him. Or better, singing with the band. (Clarence on the sax, Moon on the drums, Jimi on guitar and Lennon singing duet.)

That was the role that introduced me to his wonderfully unique talents.
