When the BluRay is released, hopefully we can get a COMPLETE score, but this should do for now…

This isn’t really expanded, it’s 2 minutes longer than the OST if you subtract the 23 minute suite and all the different versions of Writing’s On the Wall. Although it does include the film version, so I’m happy about that.

I’d ask if the FYC was used here, but again, it’s hardly expanded.

For now it is the best version around, but still we can not define a full version, the music of Los Muertos Vivos Estan in the film is much longer.
The music during the clash Helicopter is incomplete, missing the theme of Bond after 007 has recovered to some extent.
But all in all, my friend, for now is the best version found around 😉

I’m only just now getting to give this a listen. However the entire time I was watching the film I couldn’t help but notice that the score was not much new.

It’s not like the entire thing is all Skyfall, there’s plenty of new material. Don’t you like it when a composer uses themes from one of his works in a sequel? I love that. Everything that’s from Skyfall here I love. Especially the Skyfall theme, most prominently heard in the second half of The Eternal City*

Like I said, I haven’t really gone through the score in depth. However when I was watching the film every time the music stood out made me take notice it was a skyfall piece. There IS new material, but the new stuff wasn’t what stood out. I am a HUGE fan of continuing themes throughout a franchise. I was really HOPING to hear Skyfall during Spectre. But then I got to much Skyfall and no true "Spectre" theme. When I think of Casino Royale, or Quantum, or Skyfall there is a distinct musical tone that I think of. They all intertwine a bit but are also unique. I don’t get that with Spectre. But maybe when I go more in depth I will, idk…

Wait for the FYC, it’ll have all new material on it 😉

I put it together, I can’t remember which cues are which, but if you ask ‘Siri’ on your iPad/iPhone she will tell you. That’s part of how I found some of the cues I couldn’t identify

That is what I feel about these vocal theme. I am sorry I hate it. I saw the movie and this songs really cut my feeling and hype for the movie. I was like 20 minutes trying to regain "conscience" after it.
Movie was so amazing….. but…. Casino Royale (2006) continues to amaze me and it’s my favorite Bond Movie, right after Thunderball.
