In this film comedy from 1996, Tomoko (played by popular actress-singer Yukie Nakama) is travelling with friends over school break but gets sidetracked at the station and misses the train. This is just the start of a series of adventures for Tomoko but, judging by the upbeat score, nothing too troubling occurs. The peppy music has a Leroy Anderson quality, and there’s some swooning, romantic music too. Apparently Tomoko falls in love!
