Agreed. But Legends is on the CW network here in the U.S. and much of its programming is comic book related. It’s essentially DC’s TV network and DC owns Constantine. Plus, the producers have said that every season will be standalone and self contained. So if that holds the Vandal Savage arc ends this spring and I’m guessing sees the departure of Rip Hunter. A new team or an altered one takes the field in 2017.

The 2017 season might take place in the present and be centered around DC’s mystical characters: Zatana, Raven, Deadman, etc . . . Could even be a precursor to Del Toro’s "Justice League Dark" he’s been wanting to make for forever.

And gives Ryan time to finish his commitments on Broadway.
