Format: FLAC
Tracks: 602
Status: Incomplete Names
This rip was made using 1.5.2 version of the black ops II/III audio extractor, however this version doesn’t extract all the files with names as its file list wasn’t updated yet for the full game. So i will update the rip once the author updates the program. However half of the music is named.

This is just awesome! I really appreciate all your efforts you put into this project.
Thanks a bunch, OrangeC!
Still not a single peep for the Black Ops II/III Sound Studio (https://www.itsmods.com/forum/Thread-Release-Black-Ops-II-III-Sound-Studio-1-5-2.html) tool.
The tool’s creator hasn’t signed into the site since early January *Checks again* oh, early July, so either they’ve moved on to other tools on the MPGH site, or they’re waiting for the post-launch content tidal wave to subside before updating the tool, which makes sense considering the wealth of audio a Zombies map can bring.
Official mod support is in closed-alpha testing last I checked, but somehow I doubt that’ll let us gain access to those juicy audio assets. Guess we’ll simply have to wait & see if we can get anything beyond the Multiplayer Beta’s files with names.

Also, if anyone has narrowed down what tracks are associated with what levels, I’d love to find all the tracks related to the Black Ops portion of the soundtrack track, "Prologue/Black Ops", as this is my favorite piece on the soundtrack and I know there are loops and alternates that play in the game. I have found two tracks which make up the battle portion, different instrumentation than the soundtrack. But I figure I’m missing other parts, notably the vocal loop which plays at the end of the soundtrack version and loops for several minutes in the first level of the game. So far I’ve only found these cues in the cp folder under prologue, but I’m surprised the chorus loop isn’t in there. Would it be in the 250 some odd tracks which are unnamed?
However i found some assetts names at the end of the .sabs and .sabl files in a hex editor if you scroll all the way down, but it seems to not contain all the names as well.

Now that all of BO3’s DLC is out…did BO2 take this long?

But I think the Black Ops II/III Sound Studio tool is abandoned by this point. The mod author hasn’t visited the itsmods site since August (Before then since January), and they’re dedicating their activity at another site, and I don’t think I even want to know what they’re working on at present (Latest thread and posts in "[18+] Flirt4Free VOD Service").
However, there is this tool I’ve been hearing about in the Steam Workshop for Left 4 Dead 2, Source Film-maker & Call of Duty: Black Ops III surrounding relevant mods, and our very own OrangeC up top just happened to use it for Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare’s music (Thread 211748) (Which has all of the file names to boot!) called Wraith (http://aviacreations.com/modme/forum/topic.php?tid=69).
I’m planning to take a look for myself and see what capabilities it has regarding audio, which involves me reinstalling Call of Duty: Black Ops III and a 60+GB download (Uninstalled after I was encountering a problem when the game would crash literally upon every attempt to start, plus it was before I had picked up word on Wraith).
Updated 🙂
