Nah, anyone can run it, you just have to press the run button. It’s just that no one feels like doing it. I’ve thought about running it from time to time, but then I think, "eh, nah, I think I’ll do something else."

You should ask ManRay if he will run it. I would ask him myself but he put me on ignore. If you talk to him please tell him I miss him desperately.
