2. Are They To Old For It, And Is The Show Itself a Bit Dated.

Still I Loved the Previous 9 Seasons & 2 Films So I Will Give It A Look And Hopefully It Will Feel Like Its Just Carrying On From The Last And Be Like It’s Never Been Gone. 😀

It will be different. I do not expect old x file revival.
Like someone you once knew well and then you lost track of that person, and meeting him or her a long time later, the you recognise the "old" the but you can see the change too,…

Well from what I’ve read on the internets it’s confusing, I hear that it’s going to be a mini-series and then I read it’s going to be a full series.
I don’t think we can expect a throwback to the old show but an update as to where the characters are in the here and now.

I agree with you on the series and the first movie but the second movie was a major disappointment for me.
I felt it lacked a strong paranormal plot which made the movie seem slow a plodding.

The six part "event" concluded last night and I was both delighted and infuriated at the same time.

Weird nostalgia watching it. Mulder and Scully constantly riffing on how they are deep into middle age now. I loved the original, and so I enjoyed this, although it felt pretty strained.
