I believe Sailor Moon Center Sailor Moon Center | Eternal Light (http://www.sailormooncenter.net) has most of these in FLAC. That’s where I go for a the Sailor Moon music I have.

The karaokes for Sailor Star Song and Kaze mo Sora mo Kitto are in the Sailor Moon Memorial Song Box on the first disc, which is a collection of all the opening and ending themes.
