Oh, how I loved this movie! Especially since my dad "donated" his Hal Foster-collection to me the very same year I saw it on television!

Nicely made movie that rushes a lot through the story. Mostly an attempt to cash in on the enormous popularity of the comic strip! No idea how many movies Peter Jackson would make out of this. 30?

I don’t remember the music anymore, but Waxman means it’s along the lines of the golden age of scores. And worth a listen.
