Safe Intoxication is in the game files? Is it ever played in the game? Didn’t hear it in the story mode at all. Haven’t done all the arcade episodes but I’d doubt there’d be much reason for vocal songs outside of in game themes like Sol’s Dragon Install and Raven’s.
