This soundtrack has the most creative rearrangement of "Heaven Shaking Event" yet, and I had to smile at the cameos of "Reverse Situation" and "Departure to the Front Lines" too.

The rest of the soundtrack has a more whimsical and electronic feel than typical for Naruto, which I have to feel is intentional to give Boruto and Sarada a motif and harken back to the days of the first Naruto anime a bit. It’s pretty good stuff overall, but is definitely less serious than a typical Naruto soundtrack by Takanashi.

It might not be his fault. The production of the show might not let him do it for some reason. He did it for Fairy Tail, a soundtrack with unreleased music and covered a lot of songs from ther show and OVA. Aniplex belongs do Sony Music, and those people are very bitch when it comes to keep their rights on these things; Takanashi will only release it when he can. Takanashi went to avex with no problem raised from Pony Canyon at all about releasing his music, his work of fairty tail on another label. (I don’t know what really happened between pony canyon and takanashi, but I think it was just technical friendly issue, as he got back to record on their studios). Aniplex (aka sony) does have a problem, lots of them. Unless Aniplex stops raising shit about Takanashi wanting to release a 3rd wanted ost, we won’t have it.

you need to rescan the Album Cover.

while it may seem good, i noticed it has pixel issues of the image

it needs to be more like the album cover image from Amazon but with your image’s brighter coloring

And even if I want it to rescan the cover the result would be the same. The image size is over 2000px….which is why pixels are visible. I can fix the image on Photoshop but I’m lazy as hell.

I didn’t say the amazon scan of the cover was great, all I said was amazon was able avoid the pixel issue your album cover scan has but your image beats it in color quality.

If you did not want to rescan and adjust your album cover scan, you could have plainly said no

So, I just listen to this today (finally), and I have seen some people with a raging hate on this soundtrack, so I ask. Why hate this soundtrack? What were you expecting for? What did You wanted it to be? Yes we are all still waiting for the TV show third soundtrack, but what is the problem with this one?
I actually love this soundtrack. Note, I mean "Love" and not "Like". Like NotSpecial I feel I am going back in time to some of the style of the original Naruto but keeping the mood of Shippuden. "Clench My Fist" is one of my favorites tracks in here, but honestly, I love all of the soundtrack as whole. And the soundtrack has much more composing evolution then the last 2 or 3 soundtracks. I might risk to say that this is the Best Naruto Movie soundtrack I have listen too. Not saying I don’t like the other movie soundtracks… but for me, this was the high standard. And mean Very High! Good work Yasuharu.
