I’m a FLACophile, but honestly there’s barely a difference with FLAC and MP3 other than data compression.. about this type of rips, I mean.

Are you sure that’s true? The rips are coming directly from the game data files, and although they might not be exactly 1411kbps, they’re well over 1000kbps which definitely makes a difference when manipulating audio.

Yeah, I know, I use foobar2000 and they also show a lot of kbs, but remember the final sound is still some sort of compressed.

Remenber the perfect sound is your opinion !

What do you mean? I’m just saying for gamerips which are most of all compressed, FLAC is kinda silly. And I’m saying that, being a FLAC lover.

Just try to say you can have the most epic quality gamerip but your ear may not agree !
