This is a brazilian pressing (Polygram 821 592-1) of the original 1984 OST that a very good friend of mine sent me. I don’t know how it differs from the US pressing I used to have (long broken into pieces), but this record is somewhat lighter. However, I read this article (Do CDs Sound Better Than Vinyl? | L.A. Weekly (http://www.laweekly.com/music/why-cds-may-actually-sound-better-than-vinyl-5352162)) that vinyl records released as "Audiophile 180gram" doesn’t add to the sound. I’ll be posting other vinyls which I have both pressings (US and Brazil) and see how it goes. I liked this one. It’s in pretty good shape with very few clicks or scratches.

Tracklist:
1 Anything goes (02:54)
2 Fast Streets of Shanghai (03:43)
3 Nocturnal Activities (05:57)
4 Short Round’s Theme (02:32)
5 Children in Chains (02:45)
6 Slalom on Mt. Humol (02:26)
7 The Temple of Doom (03:01)
8 Bug Tunnel and Death Trap (03:32)
9 Slave Children’s Crusade (03:25)
10 The Mine Car Chase (03:42)
11 Finale and End Credits (06:19)

About this transfer:
Brazilian Pressing (Polygram 821 592-1).
Vinyl transfer using Audio Technica AT-LP60 and Soundboard Realtek ALC888B, 96kHz/24bit.
I did no EQ, no click and pop remove, no volume normalization (overall recording volume was set to the highest possible without clipping the audio).
This is a pure and untouched transfer, except for the track splitting and removal of excessive silence at the start and end of each side.
