It is indeed. 🙂 Very delicious. And as a bonus, the manager of this shop is really rather attractive. She looks like she’s about in her mid 20’s, maybe younger, maybe older, and from somewhere European. Each time I go, she makes my hot chocolate and asks if I want chocolate sprinkled on top of the cream (to which I always answer yes, obviously), and last week she used a heart shaped pattern. 😀 But I don’t think that was any indication of anything, unfortunately. I imagine she asked all the customers the same question.

One of the employees (elderly gentleman, very nice) is going around asking everyone "how’s lunch?" with a smile on his face. That was nice of him. Never had that happen at a fast food joint before.

As for me, I’m having tuna in a baguette-bread, with mayonnaise. Really crunchy and tasty. Can’t wait. But there’s a few hours left til that :p

I’ve never liked boiled sweets. Chocolate is pretty much the only "sweet" I really like. So maybe chocolate pizza is something I should try sometime?!

You have nooooooo idea. It’s my goal to steal a glass from every bar/restaurant I visit. I have my "scotch glass" from Outback. The top is circular, the bottom is an octogon. And it’s a shorty. So I call it my scotch glass. Also from Outback I have what I call my "martini/cocktail glass". The bottom is thick, circular glass and it slants outwards towards the top forming a "v". Then I have two (2) glass coca-cola Johnny Rocket’s glasses, 1 large and 1 small. Then I have my Samuel Adams glass from another bar. And then the plastic Friendly’s coca-cola cup. Also can’t forget the two glasses I took home from when I was up in the Adirondack Mountains back in June for work. One is a Dos Equis, the other is a "Visit the Adirondacks" glass.

Maybe tomorrow I’ll gather them all together and post a pic 😉

For a first time taste, it was decent. I certainly liked the shell, but it became too overwhelming once the actual chocolate fudge hits. I still like it enough to be glad I have the 2nd one I got.

Muffin was pretty good.The first one I’ve had that really gave that "cafe" feeling of sorts. Would go well with a cofee or a hot chocolate.

Now, they need to simmer for the next few hours.

But the peppers are stuffed with a mixture of ground beef, pork – I don’t do pork sushi – and some rice. It’s cooking on low over the next few hours.

Just asking because you said you were stationed in Germany and these :

are a Staple of German Cuisine, but a lot of foreign People i know won’t touch ’em with a 10 Foot Pole… :laugh:

Americans, when traveling overseas, aren’t very adventurous when it comes to sampling the local cuisine. I mean what’s the point of visiting another country and only eating at McDonalds?

I use pepper jack for my grilled cheese sammiches. Then spoon salsa on it with each bite and eat it with a dill pickle on the side.
