Houston, we have a problem.
I missed seeing Interstellar in theatres in 2014.
This year, I will not miss this (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2p7bgMxewxA).
I recommend The Martian by Harry Gregson-Williams in advance.
Wow, I completely forgot about those. I have the 2009 version score as well as Star Trek Into Darkness.
Did you not also forget Apollo 13 by the late, great James Horner?
I’ve never seen it so I didn’t have the score yet, but I did download it last night.
"Supernova" by David Williams
very good "space" feeling
Of these, my favourites are Apollo 13, Avatar, Man of Steel, Superman, Thor, WALL-E. Also notable are E.T, Guardians, Megamind, Oblivion, and Apes (Danny Elfman).
Among TV shows, you can try Doctor Who soundtracks. I really like them.
N.B.: Beware, these are based on my personal tastes — e.g. many people hated Man of Steel, and some people I know claim Avatar is not a space film..
