I’d like to know if someone has the CD as well. So, does anyone have it?

From what I remember, it’s currently only available in Japan through Amazon JP. It’s a convoluted process to get it from there if they don’t offer international shipping, not to mention more expensive because you have to go through third-party sites like Otaku.com.
