Splinter Cell – Double Agent – Pc Ripped and Original Soundtrack

Wasted many hours for figured how should i mixed them.Saw original soundtrack , some gameplay and matching of segments.This is for my personal listening.If you like say thank.If you don’t,just ignore.
I did not add ambiental at the start of song as in game because was to long and boring.But i included in mix.
Always keep correct order:Infiltration,Stress and Fight.
Saved as flac 48.000 Hz Lossless for each 12 segments or 11.No fade out for any track.
This is a custom complete rip soundtrack.I do my best on creating covers.
Today i ripped Playstation2 wich is very different than pc.
So shame no one made rip xbox version.A little bit difference than pc and ps2.
From Xbox i couldn’t decode layers…decoded only few tracks.

actually music in ps2 version equals to xbox and gamecube versions. Xbox 360 equals to PC and ps3. Long time ago Kataah or OrangeC (don’t remember who exactly now) made an xbox gamerip. I’m planning to look into the xbox/gc/ps2 version and rerip it, but now I’m stuck on sorting duplicates on Pandorra Tomorrow. LOL

I scanned long time ago sound archive from xbox and i heard few tracks different than pc.Other tracks was undecodable by DecUbiSndGui.
Ps2 is ripped.xD.

well if you look closely, there are two versions available for download: OST and Extended soundtrack. As for the latter:

The expanded soundtrack includes virtually all the music from the game – sorted into 5 folders separating ambient, fight, menu, cinematics and "full themes" where possible. The "full themes" are arrangments that mix the ambient, stress and fight themes into one complete arranged piece of music – usually starting with the core ambient theme and progressing through stress and into full combat. We have also included album graphics in as many formats as possible – high / low rez, 300dpi CMYK (for printing), thumbnails, etc. The graphics include the front cover, back of cover, and traycard.

If you look at the MP3 tagging of the files, you will notice we have split the soundtrack into 3 different albums / dics, despite the folder organization of this archive. Those 3 albums are:

Splinter Cell Double Agent Soundtrack
Splinter Cell Double Agent Soundtrack [Part 2]
Splinter Cell Double Agent Soundtrack [Part 3]

This will help with people who may import all of these files into iTunes, Winamp, etc. and lose the folder structure of the raw files. We’re hoping this tagging will help keep the 40+ files more organized – into three separate ‘discs’, and not just be mess of 44 out-of-order files all in one giant soundtrack list.

The album tagged as "Splinter Cell Double Agent Soundtrack" are tracks from the 20-track summarized soundtrack (basically an ‘official’ soundtrack compilation). "Splinter Cell Double Agent [Part 2]" are all major themes that aren’t included in the summarized soundtrack. This includes additional fight themes, additional ambient themes, and variations of tracks that were made for previous generation consoles (Wii, PS2). "Part 3" are miscelaneus pieces of music and sound effects – usually shorter cues such as combat / stress stingers, mission failure themes, timed mission cues, menu themes, etc.

Each of the tracks within each soundtrack "disc" are ordered. We know how much some of these programs hate unnumbered tracks, so assigned an artitrary number system to each file. The only disc where the ordering is intentional are the 20 tracks in "Splinter Cell Double Agent Soundtrack". Again this only applies to the MP3 tagging, and is not reflected in the raw structure of the files.

How to rip music properly?

You have here ps2 ripped properly.Why you must rip again?
Anyway if you want rip music you must correct bitrate.Some layers must be 28000 hz and some 32000 hz.Is hard but if you insist you can made figured how and what track should be corrected.
