The only thing let is to do a bluray rip of the end credits.
Maybe Cody can do an upgrade, too, then.
Yeah, the lossy iTunes version. Also, >>all new links must go in their own thread
I haven’t seen the actual lossless version from qobuz here, so that’s why I posted a thread.
Only if you know how to read
If someone were to rip the special feature off the bluray/dvd.
The bluray only has this in AC3, so if the highest source available (bluray) has it in AC3 (lossy), then you won’t find a lossless source anywhere.
I would demux the audio and trim the introduction by Rob Marshall, but everyone will want an MP3 version which would only create a second-generation loss in quality.
It’s already AC3@192, so it’s going to be deplorable in MP3.
What’s worse is that everyone will convert to CBR@320 which is useless in all senses.
Using the highest bitrate won’t preserve as much quality as possible from an already lossy source.
It’s just wasting space.
I’ll add an AC3 rip and hopefully people will play it back in Foobar2000 or MPC-HC.
If people want to ruin it by making MP3’s, they can download and do it themselves.
But it will be posted in its own thread, not here.

I already have the special features ripped.
It’s just a matter of demuxing the audio and trimming the audio.
I have a tool that does this without converting the audio, so don’t worry about it.
