Ihave reseantly moved to Germany.And I heread that downloading stuff could cause troubles here.Is it ok if I still download the links in this forum or not?

Thanks Sorei.I know it is illegal.Even in my former place.but nobody cares there.But here in Germany it seems different.Because from what I read in internet,I could get a big fee like 800€.So I am searching of somthing alternative like for example using a VPN would it help?you can PM me if it is not OK to talk here.
