Well, not much to say. Here’s the background music from various of the Wii U system’s own apps straight from the system files. Tagged, ordered kinda randomly, and with a decent cover.
Took me less than an hour to do, but anyways, hope you enjoy it!

I’m loving this! I don’t remember hearing most of these songs and I’ve had my Wii U since launch. Thanks again!
You’re welcome! Yeah I decided to do it because I think nobody has before, and it’s not a bad addition to any collection. It has some nice tunes. I’d also like to do the 3DS one but I can’t find the files anywhere :/
Truth is that neither have I… No promises, but I’ll see what I can do.
Ok, cool. Thanks 🙂
After that, I tried opening them instead of unpacking them. Found out that BrawlBox does open bfsar files, and it shows ALL the audio content inside them. Sounds like victory right? Nope, whenever I try to export any file, an error occurs or says that it cannot be opened, and even if it does show the file in the explorer, there’s no way to play it. Besides, I don’t really know that many computational stuff so as to mess up with unknown formats, decoding and so on.
I’ll try to find another way to get the sound files, but I wouldn’t hold my breath…
Could you update this, with the new themes, like the eShop, for example?

No, unfortunately I don’t know how to get those new themes, sorry… Wish I could.
It’s going to be collector in few years…..
Edit: Oh… My… God… Some of these are SURROUND?!?! These are my first surround sound audio files that I didn’t download just for the sake of having surround sound audio files!
I have a Wii U myself, and I think it’s a very underappreciated console.
Well, if it isn’t my bro MagnetMan34! Thanks for this! It’s interesting to see which tracks are 32kHz and which are 48kHz. Nintendo clearly had priorities 😉

Long time no see! Glad you liked it haha

Sure did! Nice to hear from you again! Have you by any chance been able to get a rip done for the Wii?
